Our Neck Fixture Kits Are Fully CNC Designed And Cut Just Like All Of Our Fab And Frame Tables And Fixtures.
The Pillar Itself Is Your Choice- Either 11Ga Cold Rolled Steel (1/8") Or Our Heavy Duty Option- 1/4" HRP&O Steel Just Like Our Fab And Frame Tables.
The Cones And Pivot Piece Are CNC Machined To Tight Tolerances So It Ensures That From The Very Beginning You Are Going To Have An Accurate Fixture.
The Fixture Comes As A Complete Kit Which Includes The Tower That Locks Together With Slots, The Machined Pivot, Machined Neck Cones, Allthread And The 3/8 Nuts And Bolts To Adjust Your Neck Height. The Only Thing You Need Is A Welder!

Set Your Axle Location In The Right Spot With Very Little Effort. Just Adjust The Allthread To Your Desired Height And Then The Axle Plate Width On The Allthread And You Are Ready To Go! The Allthread Is for A 3/4" Axle (1" and Metric Sizes Available Upon Request).
The Fixture Itself Is 6" Wide- Narrow Enough To Have Plenty Of Room For Fabricating Between The Axle Plates, But Wide Enough For Maximum Strenth And Support To Eliminate Flex.
The Allthread Included Is 18" Wide Allowing For Unlimited Axle Width Options. Stock Width To Custom Narrow Or Wide Widths, This Can Do It All!
